We're traveling through the Midwest this week, and took a moment to stop at Lauritzen Gardens in Omaha, NE. The botanical center houses an impressive number of plants and sculptures. Near the middle of the gardens, is a complex model train exhibit in which different trains from the Union Pacific move over wooden bridges, past green plants and ferns, on their way to visit carefully crafted models of the different buildings that have help to make Omaha what it is today.
